Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents.
- Implement health and safety regulations, fostering a therapeutic atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Med Tech Certification is required.
- Strong leadership, empathy, and communication skills are essential.
- Experience in mental health or related fields is preferred.
